The tour and the product delivery date If you purchase the tour, the date of the local participation, and if you purchase the product in the online shop, it will be shipped within 5 business days from the order.
Regarding the return, cancellation, exchange, and contact date of the item Basically, we do not accept returns or cancellations of online shop items. However, if the product is defective or if you received a different product from your order, we will accept an exchange or return, so please contact us by e-mail within 3 days of receiving the product to info@indigooceanhawaii.com. As soon as we receive your return or exchange email, we will inform you of your return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are limited to items that have not been removed, such as unused items, product tags, product boxes, and product storage bags. We accept returns and exchanges as delivered. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items. 1. The item arrived more than 4 days ago. 2. Product that has been used once. 3. The item has been damaged. 4. Items with damaged or missing boxes or tags.
Tour change If there is a vacant seat on the day you want to change the tour, you can change it without additional charge. However, if you want to change it, you need to contact us 24 hours before the pick-up time of the pickup bus. If you change it after 24 hours, there will be a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation of the tour and cancellation fee Starting 24 hours before the pick-up time of the pickup bus, 100% of the tour fee will be charged as a casel fee. On the day of the tour, it will be regarded as a cancellation regardless of whether you contact our company or not, such as a mistake in the pickup place, a mistake in the meeting time, or a delay, and we will not refund you. If our company decides that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, disaster or other unexpected reasons, we will refund the full amount of the tour fee.
Refund Method We will refund the tour price or the credit card used to pay for the online shop items. Depending on the exchange rate, the amount of payment and refund may be affected. Please understand that we will not compensate for that.
