Notation based on the SCTA

Basically, we do not accept returns or cancellations of online shop items. However, if the product is defective or if you received a different product from your order, we will accept an exchange or return, so please contact us by e-mail within 3 days of receiving the product to info@indigooceanhawaii.com.

As soon as we receive your return or exchange email, we will inform you of your return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges are limited to items that have not been removed, such as unused items, product tags, product boxes, and product storage bags. We accept returns and exchanges as delivered. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items.

1. The item arrived more than 4 days ago.
2. Product that has been used once.
3. The item has been damaged.
4. Items with damaged or missing boxes or tags.

If there is a vacant seat on the day you want to change the tour, you can change it without additional charge. However, if you want to change it, you need to contact us 48 hours before the pick-up time of the pickup bus.

If you change it after 48 hours, there will be a 100% cancellation fee.

*For groups of 6 or more people, can be up to 72 hours before the tour start time.

*Private cruises can be up to 1 week before the tour start time.

No refunds or rescheduling will be made for any reason less than 48 hours prior to the bus pick-up time.
On the day of the tour, any cancellation due to wrong pick-up location, wrong meeting time, delay, etc. will be considered as cancellation with or without notification to us, and no refund will be made.

*For bookings of 6 or more persons, no refunds or rescheduling will be made less than 72 hours prior to the tour start time.

*For charter cruises, no refunds or rescheduling will be made less than one week prior to tour start time.

*There is no guarantee that dolphins, sea turtles, whales, or other wildlife will be seen. No refunds will be given after participating in the tour for any other reason, such as failure to see dolphins or wildlife, or muddy seawater due to bad weather.

*We will not honor unreasonable chargebacks through your banks or credit card companies that violate the above cancellation policy.
If you file an unreasonable chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we will file a small claims court and fight it thoroughly.
You will also be charged additional court costs, attorney’s fees, and late fees if your unreasonable chargeback results in small claims court.
